Gay & Suicidal: Sexual and Gender Minorities and Suicide

LGBTQ* (Lesbian/Gay/Bisexual/Transgender/Queer) or youth questioning their sexual orientation or gender identity are at much higher risk of suicide than their peers. This toolkit includes definitions important to understanding and being able to communicate with LGBTQ* youth, as well as statistics specific to this group, risk factors, and protective factors. Links and resources specific to this demographic are also included.
